Our Tower Pilates classes add another level of challenge for your entire body, providing a balanced, integrated workout, making you stronger.  Each Tower is equipped with a range of weighted springs, bars and props to give you a great all over body workout. Offering an endless variety of stretching and strengthening exercises, Tower Pilates will leave you feeling energised and focused. what to expect ?

Our Pilates Tower classes offer a intermediate level hybrid pilates class that incorporates the best of the trapeze table apparatus with a dynamic mat class routine. These classes are designed for those who want to extend their Pilates practice to gain greater strength, flexibility and a strong core. Our Tower Class are not suitable for pregnant clients, or clients with injuries or restricted mobility.

how long is the class ?

Our Tower classes are 50 Minutes long and have a maximum of 7 clients per instructor. Please check the timetable for class times.

prerequisites ?

All new clients to Queen St Pilates Studio Tower classes are expected to have completed a private 1 on 1 with an instructor before entering a group class. Our group tower classes are intermediate level classes, so at the end of the your private session, your instructor will determine whether you are confident enough to enter a group class. 

what to buy ?

We then recommend starting with a Tower Starter PackThis package includes your private 1 on 1 session and two weeks of unlimited tower classes. The two-week unlimited period is the best way to get you up to speed as soon as possible.
